Excellent product
I had been looking for a laundry "system" for a while and just couldn't find anything that met the needs of the laundry factory that I run (one husband, age 32, and three kids: 10-year-old boy, 6-year-old boy, baby girl). I found these on Amazon in my "gold box" on sale. The dimensions were listed so I measured and ordered four of them. I gotta tell you-- I haven't sorted laundry since! These laundry hampers are neutral in color and are easy to carry. They each hold about a load-and-a-half of laundry-- two loads if you smash stuff down. I set them in a row on the landing outside of all the bedrooms and the husband and the kids simply put their laundry in the correct hamper. We love them. I wish the insides came out for laundering, but we just spray them down with cleaner and wipe them out.

Totally Awesome Laundry Hamper.
It isn't ugly.It fits in my funky shaped bathroom.It holds a lot!It is easy to carry up and down narrow windy staircase of my home.It is everything I hoped for and more. And I don't get to say that often enough.

Costs less at Rubbermaid site
I am interested in ordering this product. I usually order whatever I need from Amazon.com when possible, however, this undershelf storage bin is only $13.94 on Rubbermaid.com so I will order the storage bin from them. I like it, but...
I had planned to order several of these and use them in the pantry, in the bathroom, in my hobby room, etc. I decided to order one and see if I really liked it. Now that I have one in my hand, I am not quite sure if I want more or not.It is well built and sturdy. It is nice Rubbermaid quality. No issues there at all.The issue I have is it seems a little too small for $23. It doesn't really hold much. I realize it was meant for pantry use, so the wire basket is too open for small items which is a bummer for me. Since it is small it would be better suited to holding a bunch of small loose items, but they fall thru the basket. So you have to use it for larger items. For example in my media/hobby room I have several remotes that are always in my way. I could fit 4-6 average sized remotes in the basket. Not bad, it is just that if you have a lot of clutter to put away, you will need several of these and a place to hang them. 4 of these comes to $100 or... Top to learn more
Perfect solution
Bought this item for a relative in a nursing home. He was always leaving items (glasses, TV remote, cards) on top of his hospital tray table and when his food was cleared off, many times the aides inadvertently took his personal items also. I LOVE this little hamper. It was the lowest priced hamper on Amazon, so I expected it to be flimsy. But it surprised me with high quality construction, ease in assembly, and sturdy fabrics & bamboo. It really holds a lot for its tiny size (1'x1'). I am going to order two more and put the three together for whites, darks, and colors. They will ALL fit in just 1'x3' of floor space along the wall.
